Up for auction is most likely the youngest Dodge SRT-4 IN THE WORLD - 14K miles (maybe Jay Leno has a younger one?). This car is the awesome Electric Pearl Coat Blue and has never seen rain or snow and is completely rust and corrosion-free and in showroom condition save for a nick in the front valance and 2 minor scuff/scratches from the drywall in my ceiling at the drywall joint falling down on the car - UGH! This SRT-4 is near virgin, with what I believe is an HKS blow-off valve (had it when I bought it) and Granger lowering springs (I did that). Shorty antenna. Some idiot put the 'Turbo' emblems on the door sides (Toyota?) they would come off easily with a heat gun. Spare tire delete. New G-FORCE COMP-2 A/S 205/50ZR17 on existing mag wheels at 9,600 miles. Motor strong as an ox and clutch rock solid. Does not pop out of any gear and rides tight as new (I had an '04 off the show-room floor I know exactly how they should ride). Rides straight as an arrow had alignment when new tires were put on. Car has 100% custom Kicker/Hertz/Epic sound system I took me 3 months to install making sure every component was correctly matched impedance-wise while keeping the original Chrysler deck which has a audio quality much like a tube amplifier. 800-Watt Vibe amp in trunk with TC Sounds EPIC 8" Sub which sounds awesome. I refused to put in the 2 10" subs because of the weight. Interior is in perfect condition with not a single mar, scuff, tear or wear. All full Dodge SRT-4 manuals included. Only reason I'm selling it is divorce, otherwise I'd never let it go.... ...and I don't care WHAT KBB says the value should be - you'll never find this car in this condition with this few miles EVER again. I bought another car and my parents are making me sell it. It has no mechanical problems at all you can come and scan it and everything. Has A/C. I loved this car especially the gas mileage it would give me especially now that gas prices has risen. The only thing is the tags. Other than that it’s a perfect starter car. I personally road test each vehicle before it is offered for sale so I can give you my first hand opinion of how it runs and drives. Please keep in mind that... I am not a mechanic. Each vehicle is represented accurately and honestly to the best of my knowledge and ability. Please take the time to check out each of the 70+ photos and read this entire written description, as well as our Terms & Conditions, carefully BEFORE asking questions or placing a bid as most answers can be found in at least one of those places. An administrative fee of $149 will be added to the final bid of each auction. Up for a NO RESERVE auction is a 2005 Dodge Neon SXT with the desirable five speed manual transmission. I would rate the exterior of this Neon to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. As you can see, this is a good looking sedan. It is finished in Silver over Black interior, which is a good look for this car. The finish shines nicely and looks smooth all around. As with any older vehicle, please expect a few flaws and imperfections commensurate with age and mileage. However, you'd be hard pressed to find much worth complaining about as you walk around the exterior of this Neon. The worst I can say is that this one has a rust hole on the driver's side rocker panel, which is clearly visible in the photos. The body lines are nice and straight. The hood, doors, and trunk all open and close easily. All of the glass and lenses are intact. The factory alloy wheels show well and are wrapped in nice rubber with good tread all around. Please take your time and check out each of the photos to see how clean this Neon came in. I would also rate the interior of this Neon to be in AVERAGE CONDITION for its age and mileage. The door cards are clean and tight. The dash and headliner are clean, too. The carpets show some wear, but are acceptable for their age. The driver's seat also shows a normal amount of wear. The seats are clean, comfortable, and supportive. The power windows, locks, and mirrors all work properly. The audio sytsem is original and sounds good through the factory speakers. The climate control system also appears to be working properly. The heater works well and the air conditioner blows ICE COLD AIR, too. Despite being a smaller car, the interior of this Neon is surprisingly roomy. The trunk is spacious and clean, too. This Neon comes with two keys and two remotes. Again, please take your time and check out each of the photos carefully. Mechanically, this Neon appears to be in good running and driving condition. This Neon got a little more of a road test than most cars. The day I bought this car, along with 8 others, I decided this would be the one to drive home because it wasn't out of gas. Somewhere between making that decision and physically leaving the auction, I decided I was going to go to the beach...so I drove this Neon 3+ hours straight to the beach, all around, then 3+ hours home. I've got probably 500+ miles on this Neon and it drives like a champ. The 2.0L engine starts easily and runs smoothly. I didn't notice any leaks and the engine does not smoke. Her road manners are good, too. The suspension feels tight and well sorted. Steering and braking feel good, too. The engine keeps perfect temperature and feels strong. The clutch engages smoothly and does not slip or chatter. Gear changes through the five speed manual transmission are clean and precise, as they should be. Out on the highway, she drives nice and straight with absolutely no complaints. You can hop in this Neon and drive it anywhere you want to go.
